Jodi Ross is the Administrator/Program Coordinator at Easthampton Neighbors and has been part of the organization for four years. She brings strong administrative and managerial experience from her previous work with Birthday Wishes, Inc. and is dedicated to supporting programs, operations, and community engagement.

Sharon and her family, including five grandchildren, are long-time residents of Southampton and Easthampton. She spent her career in the healthcare industry and retired as an Outpatient Diabetes Education Coordinator. Over many decades, Sharon has worked with volunteers in a variety of settings, including extensive church-related activities. Her essential contributions to Easthampton Neighbors are founded in a firm belief that successful aging largely depends on maintaining meaningful connections.

Jo Ann retired from Westfield State University where she worked as a therapist in the University Counseling Center. She has experience with non-profits, having co-founded and managed a non-profit organization supporting disadvantaged children in Limpopo Province, South Africa.  She has lived in Easthampton for the past 25 years and has been volunteering with Easthampton Neighbors as Call Manager since 2020.  Aside from volunteering she enjoys traveling, painting and spending time with family and friends.  

Grew up in Holyoke MA.
Lived in Southampton MA for thirty years and moved to Easthampton MA upon retiring from forty-seven years as a barber.
